Shop Policies


All deposits are non refundable.

Deposits are required to confirm your booking. We can't guarantee you an appointment until your deposit has been received. We ask for £30 deposits for appointments under an hour, £50 for anything up to 3 hours, and £100 for day sessions.

We allow you to rearrange once with the same deposit, to rearrange for a second time will require a new deposit.

Deposits can be paid in cash in the shop or via Paypal at, we ask these to be paid through the "friends and Family" option only.


Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you are running late then please contact us to let us know. Any appointment missed by 30 minutes may result in you losing your deposit. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, we are operating on an appointment only basis, we will not be accepting walk ins at this time. We also ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment start time, this allows us to limit the amount of people in the shop at one time. 

Due to the size of our little shop, we ask that if you want to bring a friend with you, that you only bring one.

We don't allow children in the shop so please don't bring your little ones to your appointment.
