DEPOSITS:

All deposits are non refundable.

Deposits are required to confirm your booking. We can't guarantee you an appointment until your deposit has been received. Each artist sets their own deposits, these can be from £30-£100 depending on the size of your tattoo, and will be deducted from the final total on the day.

We allow you to rearrange once with the same deposit, to rearrange for a second time will require a new deposit.

Deposits are to be paid to your artist directly, we ask if you are using Paypal, to use the "Friends and Family" option only.

APPOINTMENTS:

Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you are running late then please contact us to let us know. Any appointment missed by 20 minutes may result in you losing your deposit. We are a private studio so we work on an appointment only basis, so please contact us first before visiting the studio to make sure someone is there. We also ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment start time, this allows our artists to prepare for your arrival and allows for their breaks.

Due to the size of our little shop, we ask that if you would like to bring a friend/chaperone with you, that you only bring one.

We don't allow children in the shop so please don't bring your little ones to your appointment.

We will not tolerate ANY bullying or harassment of team members or clients at The Scribble Shed. We are a ND and Queer safe space, all people are welcome in our studio. CCTV is in operation in the studio, and will be viewed, if needed, for safeguarding purposes.​
